New Homicide Details Released

Sacramento Police have new details in the bizarre double

homicide involving a woman who allegedly killer her

pregnant niece and then surgically removed the baby. The

body of the 17-year-old Katheena Draper was discovered in

Sacramento over the weekend. Police say the full-term body

of Draper's infant son was discovered in a bag near Fernley,

Nevada early Tuesday morning. A witness at a nearby hotel

apparently told investigators that a pregnant woman and

another woman checked into a room there recently.

Witnesses also say that the aunt, 31-year-old Erin Kuhn-

Brown of Sacramento, was upset after her niece refused to

allow her to adopt the baby. It is unknown at this time

whether the crime will be tried in Nevada or California.

Kuhn-Brown is currently in police custody in Sacramento.
